First one I've seen free on the roads of Crewe, this AM about 8.15.
Black and actually didn't have web address on bumper, so assume private owned. So shocked I didn't notice the wheels to narrow down model!

Best get used to them being rare sight tbh - 19 sold in June must surely mean they'll have to pull the plug soon, or start giving them away with tokens off Frosties.
They can't have sold enough to cover the cost of printing the brochures yet.

With the diesel coming and 3 and 5 models next year things are looking up.
I bet Mazda or Peugeot only sold a similar amount of 1.8 saloons to private buyers. The money is in diesel and small turbo engined cars.

Just because the Chinese only sell one car you can't simply narrow other manufacturers down to one though, just to make Saics dire sales seem better.
How many did Longbridge "build" per week? Bet they've only sold a few weeks "production" in total.
At present there seems to be a backlash against diesel so I suspect having a diesel to sell won't really make that much difference.
Small cars tend to be funky or stylish - see the DS3 or Fiat 500, saics effort with the 3 is neither, it a skoda fabia with a different grille

I still quite like the saloon myself.

Just needs some sportier engines,nicer wheels & a lower stance
