MG Re: ZS clutch hydraulic system "Upgrade"

I believe the Sheddist kits use slave cylinders from a Honda Civic 1998.

I sold my last MG with Sheddist upgrade kit. My latest MG did about 5 years before the slave cylinder went pop. I'm hoping these kits are still still being produced!!!

Well it looks like my master cylinder has given up. I have had Sheddist's kit on the car for over 60k with no problems. So it looks like I either replace the rubbers or buy a new master cylinder. Does anyone know what part number a new one is? I presume it is a Honda Civic 1998 master?

Baz - read this thread from the start. I'm sure Nigel makes clear what he's used in the first few pages.

Try to contact Dark Ice Designs company as they just released a "Sheddist" style clutch kit.

After a pause to find a new source of master cylinders the "original" is back.

Hi all,I'm new here....
Now I know that this is an old thread. I have 2 questions regarding the famous 'Sheddist' kits.....Is Sheddist still active on here or is there any way to contact him ?? Secondly, does anyone have the dimensions (particularly the hole centres) for the slave cylinder mounting bracket, please ??
I know what the master and slave cylinders are and can get an hydraulic hose made up to connect the 2,but I don't have the aforementioned info for the bracket.
Anyone willing to measure up / do me a drawing for one that they may have fitted to their car, please ?? Would be a great help.
I've recently bought a ZS180 MK1 and the clutch is feeling decidedly 'wooly',so I want to get it fitted up with a Sheddist style set up,before the original set up pops !!

Thanks in advance.....
