Default Sticky Throttle on a 180

I do not use my ZS180 every day, just weekends but it now has a sticky throttle. Does not return to idle occassionally on light throttle openings.

Had a look and the grease on the return spring it is black and very thick.

Can I lubricate this?

If so, what sort of oil/grease should I use?

Thanks

Thanks all.

Cable has been adjusted, so sorted this.

I do not know what or where IACV is.

Can you advise?

Thanks again.
