MG 2500rpm idle speed after replacing throttle body

Removed and replace throttle body on my ZS KV6 180 now the idle speed is unusualy high and stuck arround 2500rpm I think the stepper motor needs resetting any one know the proceedure for this on a ZS.

you may need to reset the ecu just take the battery off for a good 30mins

this happend on mine when i cleaned the idle valve

I found i had to oil the breather pipes up a little before sliding them back into the push fit connectors, other wise the O rings inside would not full seal.

It made my car drive quite strangely until i lubed them up a little

You may have an air leak.....
