Unfortunately I have not had it on a dyno yet - plan to do a power run soon.

I think it is roughly 20% up in power compared to sea level output if I anaylyze my G-Tech power curves. It shows 40% up from previous reading, nut at my altitude I loose 19% power already. This would make flywheel output approx 140kW. Torque increase compared to standard shows slightly higher percentage increase.

Comparing with other cars with similar output, the figures seem to ring true. A Golf V GTi (147kw) is slightly behind be 0-110 mph (6 lengths), and a chipped Audi TT 2.0T (165kw) is about two lengths behind be for teh same increment.

cool, looks like your making 190-200 bhp.

Good estimate - according to my calculations, it is between 200 & 210 BHP, but will know today.

Whatever the number is, it is just over 70% improved from the original power figure, remembering that I loose 19% running NA at these high altitudes already, so at sea level probably 50% increase in power as well as torque.

Had the TF on the dyno today and was pleasantly surprised. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MEx-UfZq9qc

It produced 151 kW (201 BHP) at the wheels, and translated at a 16% loss factor over running gear (the guy at the shop mentioned that they normally use 18% factor) to 175 kW (233 BHP) at the flywheel.

Did two runs, but experienced a bit of heat soak in the intercooler the second time around and did not produce any more power when revving it up to 6500. In the first run the engine was revved to just over 6000 rpm.

Checked some other readings of cars that have been on the dyno and other readings all seemed within expected limits, therefore I do not doubt the accuracy of the dyno, even though no two dyno's give the exact same reading for the same car.

Working back through my calculations based on the power figures achieved on my G-Tech over the weekend my estimated power figure of 160kW was only out because I assumed my standard engine was less than "perfect" and downgraded the base line power by 2.5% at the time. The other contributing factor was that I did not increase the vehicle weight on the G-Tech by the 35 kg increase with the turbo setup, so the accelerometer was still thinking the engine was hauling the same weight around, whilst the weight was actually more.
